Last week, we were able to raise the total amount for Madam Florence’s Surgery.
Preparations, screenings and tests revealed that she is not clinically fit for a surgery.
The progress of her condition was so bad that she could lose her life during surgery. (There are more compounding issues that we cannot share with the public).
During the process and her discharge, we used 2000 cedis with a balance of 1cedi
We now have 13,000 cedis remaining from her fundraiser.
This Amount is being transferred to this new born baby’s case.
Baby Hawa is 1 week old and has not been able to defecate. She is currently at the Intensive care unit of the Tamale Teaching Hospital.
We have used 1000cedis so far to run tests ahead of a correction surgery for her.
For now, a specific amount hasn’t been stated for her surgery, we are hopeful the balance from Madam Florence’s treatment can cover for her surgery.
